Resolution CR-31-09 - Approve the Development Plan for the Lumberyard Parking Garage located behind 4035 Broadway
This resolution means that this plan for the garage meets all of the Grove City code requirements.
Next steps: The developer will complete construction drawings. These drawings will be submitted to the building division.
If development is not started within 1 year of this date the developer will have to come back to planning commission.

Approval of the economic development agreement construction agreement

Ordinance C-47-09 - Authorize the city administrator to enter into an Economic Development Agreement with the Stonehenge Community for the Lumberyard project. First Reading.
This agreement puts structure to the financial piece of the project. Sets the tone for what each party will be taking responsibility for during the development. This agreement will give Stonehenge the ability to secure the financing that they need for the project.
